Property Tax Deeds Auction
Our CEO Dr. Yraida Leonides Faneite will be offering a 2 part seminar on how to mindfully invest in the Miami Dade County tax deed auction.

Dr. Faneite will guide you on how to register, what to research, and how to invest in foreclosure properties. She will carefully go through all of the details on the process, as well as address questions and concerns. The space available for these 2 seminars is limited to 7 individuals and will take place in-person at our headquarters at 777 NW 72 Ave Suite 2110, Miami, FL 33126. This event is scheduled for October 21-22, 2025 from 4 pm- 6 pm and will have a cost of $450 which covers both sessions.
